Expresses advanced technology with the slogan ‘It’s not a window. It’s Klenze.’

Explains the 4-way tight-seal P/S opening system and more through an aircraft door

KCC (CEO Chung Mong-jin), a global applied-materials chemistry company, has unveiled the second TV commercial for its high-end window and door brand ‘Klenze’ in April.

Following the 2021 year-end Klenze launch commercial <A Window Becomes Dignity> and the 2022 <Klenze 24 Hours>, the third commercial, <It’s Not a Window, It’s Klenze>, emphasizes the unrivaled technological premium of the brand as a high-end window and door line.

This third Klenze commercial features an aircraft. It opens with the captain’s announcement, ‘We will now close the aircraft door,’ as the aircraft door and Klenze are joined in a match cut and close together. This intuitively conveys the excellence of the P/S (Parallel & Sliding: horizontal tight-seal sliding) system—a horizontal tight-seal sliding opening method identical to that of an aircraft door, which perfectly blocks out the external environment with overwhelming airtightness even at high altitude.

Gazing at the perfectly sealed-off outside world through the quadruple-glazed single window, advertising model Kim Hee-sun lets her body flow to the streaming rhythm. Watching Kim Hee-sun dance and relax against a wide-open scenic backdrop seen through the slim frame and transparent glass railing, one feels a sense of peace.

The new Klenze M700 model used in this commercial is a domestic top-tier, high-end window and door product that brings together the full breadth of KCC’s window and door technology. With its P/S opening method, it delivers a stable and smooth opening-and-closing feel, and it enables all four edges of the window (top, bottom, left, and right) to seal completely for a comfortable indoor environment. It is a top-of-the-line premium window and door product that even offers conveniences such as Night Ventilation and Soft Closing functions.

In addition, its quadruple-glazed single window—rarely found in Korea—maintains the excellent insulation performance of a double window while securing the aesthetic appeal of a single window. Using a composite frame of aluminum and PVC, it features an upscale sense of color and design, and its slim frame and glass railing boast a wide outward view as well.

A KCC official said, “While the first and second Klenze commercials were produced to visualize Klenze’s aesthetic and differentiated technological capabilities, this third commercial reveals Klenze’s technological premium and was produced using the concept of an aircraft to make its core technologies—the P/S system and the quadruple-glazed single window—easy for consumers to understand,” adding, “As a premium window and door brand that presents a new standard and level of dignity for windows and doors based on outstanding technology and quality, Klenze plans to elevate the quality of customers’ lives while leading the premium window and door market.”
