LX Hausys Opens First ‘Z:IN Square’ at a Seoul-Area Department Store

Large-Scale Total Interior Showroom at Lotte Department Store Cheongnyangni Branch Accelerates Push into the B2C Interior Market

LX Hausys has unveiled ‘LX Z:IN Interior Z:IN Square,’ a large-scale total interior showroom, for the first time at a department store in the Seoul area.

LX Hausys announced that it has opened ‘LX Z:IN Interior Z:IN Square Lotte Department Store Cheongnyangni,’ a large-scale remodeling store with a dedicated floor area of 555㎡ (about 168 pyeong), at the Lotte Department Store Cheongnyangni branch located in Jeonnong-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.

Having expanded Z:IN Square into department stores and large shopping malls with strong customer-drawing power—starting with Shinsegae Department Store’s Daegu branch this past July and extending to the AK Plaza Gwangmyeong branch newly opened in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province, in late October—LX Hausys now presents its 13th Z:IN Square with this Lotte Department Store Cheongnyangni branch.

This month, LX Hausys will move into the Galleria Department Store Center City in Cheonan, and it will continue opening Z:IN Square locations in large shopping venues nationwide, including Lotte Department Store’s Ilsan and Gwangju branches, Lotte Mall Sanbon, and AK Plaza Suwon. The company plans to expand to more than 20 locations by the end of this year, accelerating its push into the growing domestic B2C interior market.

‘Z:IN Square Lotte Department Store Cheongnyangni’ is designed as an exhibition space that maximizes customer convenience, ranging from a display hall based on an apartment model-house concept featuring key interior products such as premium kitchens, baths, windows and doors, flooring, wallpaper, and doors, to a materials library where customers can examine the distinctive features of individual products. The 86㎡ (26-pyeong) model house is arranged by applying the actual floor plans of apartments in the surrounding area as they are, allowing visitors to experience a more realistic interior space—an approach expected to prove popular with customers visiting from the nearby area.

In addition, the lifestyle-themed display spaces, which incorporate a diverse range of products such as LX Z:IN Interior premium kitchens and baths, LG Objet appliances, and high-end furniture, make it easier and more convenient for visitors to choose interiors suited to their own tastes. In particular, at the Kitchen Lab and Bath Lab, customers can directly experience the differentiated features of LX Z:IN Interior’s kitchen and bath products, such as checking the optimal height of kitchen furniture and trying out slip-resistant bathroom flooring.

On top of this, in the materials library space, visitors can not only inspect LX Hausys’ various interior materials firsthand but also experience optimal lighting configurations tailored to different spaces, such as the living room, study, and bedroom.
