LX Hausys has been named No. 1 in the windows and doors category of the 2025 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey.
The NCSI survey is a customer satisfaction measurement index jointly developed by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan in the United States, with the aim of enhancing the quality competitiveness of companies, industries, and nations, and improving people's quality of life. It is recognized for its high credibility and reliability both in Korea and around the world.
