Model house space featuring windows/doors, flooring, kitchens and more

Configured with some 30 consultation booths to aggressively target remodeling demand

LX Hausys took part in the ‘2023 Korea Build Week’ architecture expo, held over four days from August 3 to 6 at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, moving aggressively to capture remodeling demand ahead of the fall interior peak season.

At this expo, LX Hausys operated a model house exhibition space decorated with popular interior products essential to remodeling for moving and wedding preparations—such as windows/doors, flooring, wall materials and kitchens—along with a large-scale array of some 30 consultation booths.

In particular, interest in Korea Build has been high—at the February expo, more than 2,000 visitors came to the LX Hausys booth and some 500 remodeling-related consultations took place—so this time the company greatly expanded the number of consultation booths compared with previous years in configuring the exhibition hall.

The model house space was decorated with the latest popular products, including new models in the ‘Super Save Window’ series—synonymous with high-insulation windows and doors in Korea—new models in the ‘Editon’ series such as ‘Editon Wall’ and ‘Editon Floor,’ which allow walls and floors to be styled in an integrated marble look, and the ‘SELEXION 5’ kitchen furniture.

Customers could receive consultations while immediately viewing the model house space with actual interior products applied, and in the material sample zone they could also see various materials needed for remodeling, such as ‘HI-MACS’ artificial marble for kitchen furniture countertops.

At the roughly 30 consultation booths, some 50 interior experts from dealers affiliated with the ‘LX Hausys Z:IN Square’ showroom in the Seoul metropolitan area were on hand, recommending interiors suited to customers’ lifestyles through one-on-one consultations.

During this Korea Build Week, LX Hausys offered a discount of up to 15% to customers who visited the exhibition hall, received a consultation and signed an interior construction contract, and also provided additional gifts such as cooktops and kitchen knife sets.
