Hanssem opens 'Design Park Lotte Maison Dongbusan Store,' the largest among 38 brands

Hanssem Co., Ltd., a comprehensive home interior specialist company, has opened 'Hanssem Design Park Lotte Maison Dongbusan Store,' a home interior store where customers can find everything for decorating their homes, at the living specialty hall 'Lotte Maison Dongbusan' located in the Osiria Theme Park of the Dongbusan Tourism Complex.

Spanning the first and second floors with a business area of 2,960㎡ (approximately 896 pyeong), 'Hanssem Design Park Lotte Maison Dongbusan Store' is the largest among the 38 domestic and international furniture and home appliance brand stores housed in the living specialty hall 'Lotte Maison Dongbusan.' 'Lotte Maison Dongbusan' has a business area of 13,553㎡ (approximately 4,100 pyeong).

At the Lotte Maison Dongbusan Store, customers can find a wide range of Hanssem home interior products—from remodeling to kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, and household goods—all in one place. In particular, Hanssem has created displays and various experience spaces reflecting the characteristics of the Dongbusan Tourism Complex commercial district, which draws many family visitors.

At the store, customers can experience the latest interior trends and three model house types reflecting the characteristics of different family types, such as two-person and three-person families: △Super White 59㎡ (25 pyeong supply area) △Modern Beige Natural 84㎡ (34 pyeong supply area) △Modern Brown 105㎡ (41 pyeong supply area). Customers can move between the entrance, living room, bedroom, and children's room within the model houses to see how spaces can be utilized for each family type.

A total of 46 concept-based spaces are also presented, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms, and studies. Furniture and various accessories are styled as packages tailored to different lifestyles, providing references for home decorating. Also drawing attention are spaces such as home offices and homeschooling areas, which reflect the rapidly changing residential environment.

Specialized zones where customers can experience and compare products firsthand have also been prepared. In the 'Mattress Zone,' customers can lie down on mattresses of various materials and firmness levels to select the product that best fits their body. In the 'Storage Zone,' customers can view and choose from various storage modules such as tall wardrobes, short wardrobes, shelving units, and bedding cabinets, and can also compare the colors and textures of storage doors. In the 'Sofa Zone,' customers can examine leather samples as well as internal materials. In the 'Building Materials' Zone, customers can check remodeling materials such as flooring, doors, windows, interior doors, and lighting. In addition, the household goods hall offers kitchenware such as tableware and cooking utensils, along with bathroom items, storage products, lighting, and small furniture. Famous domestic and international brands such as 'Portmeirion' and 'Lodge' are also available for purchase.

At 'Hanssem Design Park Lotte Maison Dongbusan Store,' Samsung home appliances are displayed alongside remodeling, furniture, and household goods, and are available for package purchase, enabling 'furniture and appliance customized interior design.' The kitchen display space within the store is decorated with Hanssem's premium kitchen furniture 'Kitchen Bach' along with Samsung 'Bespoke' refrigerators and dishwashers. The living room is composed of Hanssem sofas and living room cabinets together with Samsung Electronics TVs and air purifiers. Customers can view displays where furniture and appliances harmonize with one another as a reference for decorating their homes.

When receiving remodeling consultations, customers can also configure furniture and appliances in a customized manner from the design stage. Consumers sometimes purchase furniture and appliances separately, only to encounter trial and error when the items do not fit properly or obstruct traffic flow upon installation. Through a design that considers the harmony of furniture and appliances, lifestyle-tailored interior design has become possible.

Hanssem provides a differentiated home interior shopping experience at its digital-based 'VR (Virtual Reality) Experience Zone.' Here, customers can virtually explore model houses decorated with 17 types of Hanssem Rehaus style packages, as well as 20 representative interior plans for living rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms, studies, and more.

One-on-one consultations are also available using interior experts such as RD (Rehaus Designer) and SC (Space Coordinator) along with the 3D design consultation program 'Home Planner.' Customers can virtually change the colors of flooring and wallpaper or rearrange furniture, reducing trial and error in home decorating. In particular, when a bed and built-in furniture are installed together in a small space, the built-in wardrobe door may not open due to lack of space; using Home Planner allows such issues to be checked in advance.

To celebrate the store opening, various discount and gift events are also being held. Customers who sign a remodeling construction contract of 12 million won or more by the end of July can receive a 5% discount or up to a 20% discount on Samsung Electronics device packages. Customers who visit the store on a weekday and sign a remodeling construction contract of 3 million won or more will receive one of the following: a 'Hanssem Triple Bathroom Cleaner' or a 'Raycop Cordless Bedding Cleaner.'
