From a premium materials library to actual residential spaces
LX Hausys has opened its large-scale total interior showroom, ‘LX Z:IN Interior Z:IN Square,’ debuting a Guri branch at the Lotte Department Store Guri Branch in Guri, Gyeonggi Province, and a Suncheon branch in Suncheon, Jeollanam-do.
The newly opened showrooms are both large remodeling showrooms of more than 661㎡ (about 200 pyeong), configured as spaces that can provide optimal interior solutions—ranging from residential-space-type exhibition halls featuring key products such as premium kitchens, baths, windows and doors, flooring, wallpaper, and doors, to a materials library where visitors can examine the distinctive features of individual products.
The residential-space-type exhibition halls are decorated as spaces for various lifestyles, from the kitchen to the living room and bedroom, allowing visitors to view and purchase, in a one-stop manner, combinations of interior materials, furniture, and home appliances suited to each space.
The Z:IN Square Lotte Department Store Guri Branch features two model house spaces of 106㎡ (32-pyeong type) and 76㎡ (23-pyeong type) that apply floor plans of apartments in the Guri area, while the Z:IN Square Suncheon Branch features a 112㎡ (34-pyeong type) model house space that faithfully applies the floor plan of an actual apartment in the Suncheon area, offering realistic interiors that are expected to prove highly popular among customers visiting from nearby areas.
At the materials library, visitors can examine the distinctive features of LX Hausys’ various premium materials such as flooring, wall coverings, and engineered stone. In particular, the Lotte Department Store Guri Branch has set up separate Kitchen Lab and Window Lab corners, where visitors can directly experience the differentiated performance of the two products.
Meanwhile, since the start of this year, LX Hausys has been rolling out Z:IN Square showrooms one after another in key commercial districts across the country—including major department stores such as Shinsegae, Lotte, and Galleria, as well as complex shopping malls—spurring the expansion of its customer touchpoints.
An LX Hausys official said, “The Z:IN Square Lotte Department Store Guri Branch is a must-visit interior showroom for customers planning remodeling in the northeastern Gyeonggi region, including Guri and Namyangju, while the Z:IN Square Suncheon Branch is a must-visit for those in the Jeonnam region.”
