Aqara Life
Invests in ‘Korea Housing Information’

Aqara Life (CEO Kim Hyun-cheol) announced that it has made a strategic investment in Korea Housing Information (co-CEOs Yoo Sung-guk and Lee Yoon-gon), a company that operates a SaaS platform business for multi-unit housing management, and is pursuing a robust business partnership. Through this investment in Korea Housing Information and the strategic mutual cooperation, Aqara Life will be able to strengthen its IoT competitiveness in the space management market by linking services.
Korea Housing Information is a software company that supplies ‘Gwanribichaek’, a residential management SaaS platform for various types of multi-unit housing beyond apartments. Founded in 2021, the company continues to grow on the basis of data and services, having been selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ TIPS program as well as a range of R&D projects at the Gyeonggi Province level.
Described as a ‘digital management office’, ‘Gwanribichaek’ is a service designed to resolve the management difficulties of residents of multi-unit housing such as villas. Beyond efficient cost management, it provides a variety of services, including systematic, data-based management of multi-unit housing and AI-linked features that support residents’ daily lives. It has already been adopted in multi-unit housing through numerous client companies nationwide, securing more than 30,000 users, and is rapidly expanding its user base on the strength of a zero churn rate for its SaaS platform.
Through this investment, Aqara Life plans to integrate its AIoT solutions into Korea Housing Information’s ‘Gwanribichaek’. By applying remote monitoring and automated control using AIoT technology to both the common areas and individual units of multi-unit housing, the company plans to reduce housing management costs and improve productivity.
