Kiturami Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Jae-beom) announced that the number of Plus Friends on 'KakaoTalk'—the mobile after-sales service (AS) request channel for Kiturami Boiler—surpassed 290,000 as of December 20 last year.
According to Kiturami, the number of Plus Friends on the Kiturami Boiler AS request service channel, established on the mobile messenger service KakaoTalk, exceeded 292,961 as of December 20, setting a new industry record.
In 2018, Kiturami became the first in the boiler industry to introduce a KakaoTalk AS request service based on AI chatbot technology, enabling customers to resolve inquiries more quickly.
Unlike telephone consultations, this service can process requests in real time without any waiting time even when the number of users increases, and because it operates 24 hours a day, customers can request service anytime and anywhere.
AS request details are relayed in real time to the service technician in charge of the relevant area through Kiturami's headquarters server, and customers are provided with a confirmation notice of the request details as well as information about the assigned AS technician.
In addition, a variety of services are available, including △AS request, confirmation, and cancellation △product purchase inquiries △self-diagnosis manuals △IoT controller setup manuals △freeze prevention and measures △product registration.
To use the service, search for 'Kiturami Boiler' under 'Find Friends' in KakaoTalk, register it as a Plus Friend, and then run 'Chat.' Alternatively, call the Kiturami Boiler Service Center (1588-9000) and select 'Connect to KakaoTalk AS Request' according to the voice guidance.
A Kiturami official said, "Boilers are products whose usage frequency surges in winter, and they tend to attract a concentration of customer inquiries during the winter season," adding, "We are continuing to strengthen the functions and services of our mobile service channels so that customers can receive inquiry consultations more easily and quickly."
