Dr.Home Co., Ltd., a remodeling specialist, announced that it signed a business agreement with SPACE Group Architects on October 1 at the SPACE building located in Jung-gu, Seoul, with the goal of delivering better remodeling design and construction services.
The signing ceremony was attended by Dr.Home Co., Ltd. CEO Hong Ki-hwan and SPACE Group Architects Co., Ltd. CEO Lee Sang-lim, along with working-level staff from both companies. The two parties exchanged views on how they will cooperate on various architectural and remodeling projects going forward, including: △improving building remodeling efficiency based on a systematic construction process; △establishing an architectural design vision and strategy applying AI-based smart solutions; and △cooperation in the area of legal review related to construction and real estate.

At the business agreement ceremony, Dr.Home Co., Ltd. CEO Hong Ki-hwan said, "SPACE Group is the oldest design firm in Korea, and it has successfully carried out more than 1,000 architectural projects—including domestic and overseas government administrative agencies and corporate buildings—earning recognition for the artistic quality that combines creativity and technical skill." He added, "Through this strategic partnership between our two companies, we anticipate that a major transformation will take place in the remodeling market."
Going forward, the two companies plan to lead the market by promoting remodeling projects for various aging buildings and by applying smart home and building solutions from the basic design stage in new construction and remodeling projects.
