Baekjo Sink Co., Ltd., a specialized manufacturer of stainless steel sink bowls, has signed an exclusive contract with 'BLANCO,' Germany's largest sink bowl manufacturer, for distribution in the Korean market.
Accordingly, Baekjo Sink plans to fully introduce BLANCO's sink bowls, kitchen accessories, faucets, and other products to the Korean market starting in March. In particular, to commemorate the exclusive contract for the Korean market with Baekjo Sink, officials from BLANCO's German headquarters recently visited Baekjo Sink's headquarters to finalize the contract, as well as to transfer and exchange product and technical information.
Founded in 1925, Germany's BLANCO is Germany's largest sink bowl manufacturer and one of the leading names in the European market. In addition to its German headquarters, the company has established factories and branch offices in 13 countries around the world, including Canada, Turkey, Austria, and the United States, supplying high-quality sink bowls imbued with authentic European heritage across the globe. It produces sink bowls made from materials such as stainless steel, composite, and ceramic, along with a variety of kitchen accessories and faucets, boasting outstanding technical expertise and unrivaled excellence not only in function but also in design. In Korea as well, it enjoys great popularity, particularly among consumers seeking premium European kitchen interiors, and is regarded as an essential item in the premium interior market.
Among its representative products, the 'ATTIKA' series is famous for its unique design in which the sink bowl's frame (rim) protrudes above the countertop, and it is well known as BLANCO's signature model. An official from Baekjo Sink said, "Through the exclusive contract for BLANCO sink bowls, we plan to expand our lineup of premium sink bowls that can raise the standard of kitchen interiors in Korea," adding, "We expect this to give us greater momentum in targeting the domestic high-end interior market."
