LG Hausys unveils a roughly 250-pyeong (798m²) space spanning from a materials library to actual living spaces

Featuring a home office, home training room and home café, along with children's rooms and a pet zone

LG Hausys is accelerating its B2C distribution channel innovation by opening an interior store at Starfield, a large-scale complex shopping mall.

LG Hausys has opened the ‘LG Z:IN Interior Z:IN Square Starfield Goyang Showroom,’ a facility with a total floor area of 798m² (about 250 pyeong), at Starfield Goyang. Starfield Goyang is the largest complex shopping mall in the northwestern Seoul metropolitan commercial district, home to some 500 diverse brands across fashion, furniture and home appliances, as well as experiential facilities that combine cinema and sports.

The ‘LG Z:IN Interior Z:IN Square Starfield Goyang Showroom’ is designed as a store that can offer optimal interior solutions, ranging from a library of major interior products—such as windows and doors, flooring, wallpaper, kitchens, bathrooms, doors and engineered stone—to actual living spaces where these products have been applied.

The most notable feature of the ‘LG Z:IN Interior Z:IN Square Starfield Goyang Showroom’ is the enhanced purchasing convenience it offers customers: after viewing interior schemes for spaces such as the bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and children's room—all furnished with LG Hausys products—visitors can immediately check the specific features and strengths of each product at the materials library zone. In addition, the store is optimized as a space where customers can enjoy one-stop shopping for everything needed to redecorate a home, linking not only LG Hausys interior products but also LG Electronics home appliances such as refrigerators, induction cooktops, dishwashers, washing machines and TVs, as well as a wide range of furniture from iloom.

Furthermore, differentiated spaces such as the home office, home training room and home café—which have drawn renewed attention as people spend more time at home recently—along with age-specific children's rooms and a pet zone, are expected to attract strong interest from shoppers.

Kim Hee-sun, Executive Vice President in charge of Interior Marketing at LG Hausys, said, “The days of deciding on a costly interior renovation based on just a few photos of construction cases and a product sample book are over,” adding, “Going forward, we will continue to drive B2C distribution channel innovation—expanding into large home appliance stores, department stores and complex shopping malls—so that difficult and complicated interior shopping can become a convenient and enjoyable experience.”

Meanwhile, LG Hausys is continuing to build a sales network that improves customer accessibility and convenience, including opening interior stores in large home appliance retailers such as LG Electronics Best Shop, Lotte Hi-mart Megastore and E-mart Electro Mart, as well as pursuing cross-store partnerships with furniture company iloom. 080-005-4000
