Strengthening its offline distribution network, the showroom features a diverse range of products from premium kitchen lines to online items
One-stop service from product consultation to space consulting and purchase
ENEX Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Jin-kyu) has newly opened its flagship store ‘THE ENEX Gangnam’ on the furniture street in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu.
‘THE ENEX Gangnam’ is a new-concept showroom that creates new value in new spaces, spanning from one basement level to five above-ground floors. At the showroom, visitors can encounter all of ENEX’s online and offline products at once, including a wide range of kitchen furniture such as ‘EK9 Kitchen Master,’ ENEX’s premium kitchen line, and ‘EK7 Kitchen Palette,’ its signature kitchen line, as well as storage furniture and interior furniture.
The first floor showcases the ‘EK9 Kitchen Master’ line, a high-end product newly launched in 2023. It displays and sells premium kitchen furniture ranging from ‘EK9 New Grand,’ which uses imported wood veneer to bring out a luxurious wood grain, to ‘EK9 Infinite,’ made from imported acrylic material to boast a brilliant gloss. The second floor is designed as a space where visitors can experience the various offerings of ENEX’s signature line, the ‘EK7 Kitchen Palette’ series. In line with the concept of each booth, ‘New Urban,’ ‘French,’ ‘New Morning Pleats,’ and ‘Chocolat’ are on display, offering combinations of colorful and trendy hues such as baby pink, misty blue, deep green, and cream white. In addition, visitors can personally try out the unique finishing units, various optional units, cooktops, and hoods that complement the signature line, receiving one-stop service from product consultation to space consulting and purchase.
The third floor is a realistic layout zone that recreates an environment similar to how various furniture pieces—such as ENEX’s signature edition built-in wardrobe ‘Wardrobe Palette’ series, the ‘Kitchen Standard’ series, and dressing rooms—would look when placed in an actual home. Visitors can see various built-in bodies in person, including the combination of the new ‘EK5 Unid’ and ‘EK5 New Bien’ products as well as ‘EW7 Urban,’ ‘EW5 Orbit,’ and ‘Link Dressing Room,’ and can experience the interior optional units before making a choice. The fourth floor is set up as an experiential lounge space in the style of a 100㎡-class model house that faithfully reproduces residential spaces such as the kitchen, dining area, and bedroom. Beyond furniture, visitors can view functional units, upper and lower cabinets, hardware, and other items that consumers may find somewhat unfamiliar, and since brief conversational-style explanations are attached to the product bodies, they can also try out the functions firsthand. In particular, it is characterized by displays arranged with a variety of products tailored to the customer’s eye level and organized so that they can be easily understood through hands-on experience. The fourth floor also features a terrace space where customers can relax comfortably. The fifth floor displays kitchen furniture, office furniture, sliding doors, and more that had previously been operated primarily on a B2B basis, while the first basement level lets visitors encounter online products firsthand across a total of 56 items, ranging from built-in wardrobes to sofas, beds, and products from resident brands.
An ENEX official said, “We hope customers will visit THE ENEX Gangnam, which offers a variety of exhibition spaces from the customer’s perspective, and experience our differentiated products,” adding, “As consumer interest in home interiors and living continues to grow, we plan to further expand experiential stores for our customers.” 02-2185-2000
