Hanssem Provides Customized Move-In Consulting Services Using ‘Home Planner’
Move-Ins in Late November; Preparations Ramp Up Ahead of October Pre-Inspection
Hanssem Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Yu-jin), a comprehensive home interior specialist, held a move-in expo for residents of ‘Olympic Park Foreon,’ said to be the largest single-complex apartment development in Korean history.
Olympic Park Foreon is the apartment complex created through the Dunchon Jugong housing reconstruction project, a mini new-town-scale development comprising 85 buildings up to 35 stories high with a total of 12,032 households. Move-ins are scheduled for around late November this year, with a pre-inspection day set for mid-October.
Hanssem held the event from October 4 to 6 at SETEC in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in collaboration with Hongdae INT Planning Co., Ltd., a move-in expo specialist. This move-in expo was an event where residents could find everything they need for moving in—from furniture and home appliances to cleaning and moving services—all in one place. In addition to furniture consultations with experts, the event also offered a variety of benefits, including discounts.
In particular, Hanssem’s booth was staffed by Hanssem home-styling experts who provided customized move-in consulting services using ‘Home Planner,’ a 3D consultation and design program. For the Olympic Park Foreon apartments, Hanssem built a database of 3D apartment floor plans by unit size, including 39㎡, 59㎡, and 84㎡ types. By rendering living spaces in 3D, the company proposed furniture arrangements for each area—such as bedrooms, living rooms, studies, dressing rooms, and home cafés—that reflect residents’ lifestyles.
A Hanssem official said, “Based on our experience successfully running numerous large-scale move-in expos, including the one for Helio City, which was Korea’s largest complex before Olympic Park Foreon, we are providing residents with move-in services that offer reasonable prices and outstanding quality,” adding, “We hope that many residents were able to conveniently complete their move-in preparations through this move-in expo.”
