Look up building information all at once by simply entering the building name

Under the Mechanical Facilities Act, performance inspection reports must be submitted by April 1

EasyJumgeom (CEO Shin Sang-sik), a mechanical facilities performance inspection brokerage platform service, now offers a "Building Register Search Service" that lets users look up building information simply by entering the building name.

Until now, building information could only be viewed after signing up and completing identity verification on multiple websites such as Gov24 and Seumteo. Many people complained about how cumbersome and inconvenient this was.

The Building Register Search Service, which EasyJumgeom has been providing since its official launch on January 1, 2024, has dramatically shortened this process. Users can now find building information simply by entering the building name in the search box.

In particular, the search function has been opened up even to non-members for added convenience, drawing a positive response among users who need to look up building information.

Meanwhile, under the Mechanical Facilities Act, apartment complexes with 300 (excluding individual heating) to fewer than 2,000 households, as well as buildings between 10,000 and less than 30,000 ㎡, must complete their mechanical facilities performance inspection and submit the performance inspection report to their city or district office by April 18 this year. Failure to submit may result in a fine of up to 3 million won.

With inquiries for performance inspections from buildings subject to inspection expected to surge from February this year, experts are advising building owners to carry out their inspections starting in January to avoid the "inspection rush."
