Customer-participation programs ‘Miele Private Cooking Class’ and ‘Miele Mini Cooking Time’ to be expanded
Miele Korea, the Korean subsidiary of German premium appliance brand Miele, has officially opened the ‘Miele Experience Center Songdo.’
The Miele Experience Center is a premium hands-on space where customers can try out and purchase every Miele product, offering visitors a wide range of brand experiences. Following the Gangnam, Cheongdam, and Hannam centers, Miele Experience Center Songdo is Miele Korea’s fourth directly operated store in Korea and its first in the Incheon area outside of Seoul.
Inside the Miele Experience Center Songdo, an intuitive and customer-friendly kitchen space has been created. Not only is the entire space elegantly designed using Miele’s signature colors of red and gray, but an open-plan kitchen featuring a large island dining table has been placed at the center to enhance the usability of the space. In addition, the layout is designed with the movement flow of an actual kitchen in mind, making it easy to view built-in kitchen appliances such as induction cooktops, ovens, and dishwashers. Beyond these, a variety of Miele products are on display, including washing machines, tumble dryers, coffee machines, corded and cordless vacuum cleaners, and robot vacuums. Among them, Miele’s extra-large premium built-in refrigerator ‘MasterCool’ series is showcased, available for consultation and purchase.
Furthermore, Miele Korea plans to continue engaging directly with consumers by expanding the customer-participation programs ‘Miele Private Cooking Class’ and ‘Miele Mini Cooking Time,’ which are held in small groups of four or fewer so that guests can enjoy private dining with their acquaintances. In the Miele Private Cooking Class, a Miele in-house chef personally demonstrates cooking at the Miele Experience Center while participants watch the cooking process and receive tailored consultation. In Miele Mini Cooking Time, participants can learn to prepare simple dishes using Miele’s innovative built-in kitchen appliance lineup, the ‘Miele Generation 7000’ series.
Miele Korea noted that the Incheon Songdo area, with its excellent transportation network offering good accessibility to the metropolitan region and its well-developed infrastructure, is one of the areas with high real demand for the premium appliance brand Miele. Starting with the Incheon Songdo area, the company said it plans to expand its opportunities to deliver Miele’s unique premium value and innovation to even more regions.
Meanwhile, to celebrate the opening of Miele Experience Center Songdo, Miele Korea is running a series of generous events exclusive to the Songdo store through December 31. During the event period, the company will provide △a gift of 250g of Miele coffee beans for visiting and consulting customers △discounts on purchase amounts and point accumulation benefits. In addition, different benefits will be provided depending on the number of large appliance sets purchased. △The first 20 customers who purchase two large appliance sets will receive a one-year extension of the ‘Extended Warranty Repair Program,’ worth 200,000 won, along with a gift worth 150,000 won, and △the first 20 customers who purchase three large appliance sets will receive four invitations to the Miele Private Cooking Class.
