A Model House Applying the Actual Floor Plans of Apartments in the Dongtan Area
LX Hausys has opened 'LX Z:IN Interior Z:IN Square Time Terrace,' a large-scale total interior showroom, at Time Terrace, a new mixed-use shopping mall that has opened in the Dongtan New Town of Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province.
'Z:IN Square Time Terrace' is a large showroom with an exclusive floor area of 774m² (234 pyeong) where visitors can explore everything needed for home remodeling. It comprises a model house-concept exhibition hall featuring key products such as kitchens, baths, windows and doors, flooring, wallpaper, and doors, as well as exhibition spaces organized by lifestyle and a materials library.
In particular, the two model house spaces of 103㎡ (31-pyeong type) and 81m² (24-pyeong type), which apply the actual floor plans of apartments in the nearby Dongtan area, offer more realistic interiors and have drawn great interest from local visitors ever since opening. In addition, the seven lifestyle-based exhibition spaces are tastefully arranged with LX Z:IN kitchens and baths, LG Objet appliances, furniture, and more, making it easier and more convenient for customers to choose interiors that suit their personal tastes.
Furthermore, at the materials library, visitors can examine the distinctive features of a wide range of products—such as windows and doors, flooring, wallpaper, engineered stone, and interior film—that have been applied in the model houses and lifestyle-based exhibition spaces. At the Kitchen Lab and Bath Lab corners of the materials library, customers can personally experience the differentiated performance unique to 'LX Z:IN Kitchen and Bath' products, such as checking the optimal height of kitchen furniture and trying out anti-slip bathroom flooring.
