Product placement for the SBS Friday–Saturday drama 'Wonder Woman'
Interior design proposals for the on-set company and lead characters
Hansol Homedeco (CEO Kim Kyung-rok), a specialist in eco-friendly building materials and interior design, announced that it has officially sponsored a variety of products for the SBS Friday–Saturday drama 'Wonder Woman.'
'Wonder Woman' is a collaboration between a lineup of trusted, accomplished actors—including Lee Ha-nee, Lee Sang-yoon, Jin Seo-yeon and Lee Won-geun—and director Choi Young-hoon, who has earned high praise for his directing. A double-life comic-buster drama, it follows a corrupt prosecutor with a 100% delinquency rating whose life is turned upside down overnight when she becomes the heiress of a conglomerate and enters a villainous chaebol family. The work generated buzz even before it aired.
Hansol Homedeco maximized the sense of realism by officially sponsoring products for the on-set company and the lead characters' home interiors. In the office of Kang Mi-na, a Yumin Group daughter-in-law played as part of the double life by actress Lee Ha-nee, the floor was laid with Carrara—known as the crown jewel of SB Stone—creating a bright, radiant yet refined and luxurious atmosphere. The floor of the home of the prosecutor character, Jo Yeon-ju, was laid with Siena Teak Herringbone, completing a classic space where a golden teak color blends with an elegant pattern.
In addition, the kitchen of the home of Seung-wook, played by actor Lee Sang-yoon, was finished with Black Stone Story Wall—where a sophisticated black color meets a stone pattern to create a chic yet luxurious atmosphere—emphasizing the style of a successful man, while the dressing room was fitted with Hansol Homedeco's open-type hanger door, completing a simple yet stylish interior.
Elsewhere, Hansol Slim Sliding Doors were installed as the room dividers in Yeon-ju's and Seung-wook's homes to give a more airy and open feel, and a frosted-glass lattice door was installed in Chairman Han's kitchen to add a focal point to the space.
A Hansol Homedeco official said, "On-set interior design is an important element in maximizing a drama's immersive quality. Through this sponsorship as well, we presented a variety of interior materials suited to the flow of the story, offering viewers a rich visual experience," adding, "We hope this will serve as an opportunity to widely promote Hansol Homedeco's products and grow closer to consumers, and going forward we will continue to grow into a company that communicates with customers through collaborations with a variety of cultural content."
Hansol Homedeco also provided sponsorship for the MBC Wednesday–Thursday drama 'Not Out,' which wrapped successfully this past June, and has previously sponsored numerous dramas including SBS's 'Beautiful Gong Shim,' 'Should We Kiss First?' and 'Loving You a Thousand Times,' KBS's Wednesday–Thursday drama 'Unkind Women,' the MBC morning drama 'Woman of the Storm,' and the KBS morning drama 'On Even a Blue Day.'
