KCC Glass HomeCC Interior Launches 3rd Class of Official Supporters
A Supporters Program to Broaden the Foundations of Interior Architecture and Strengthen Communication with Customers

HomeCC Interior, the interior specialty brand of KCC Glass (CEO Chung Mong-ik), held its ‘Connecting Day’ event on March 29, doubling as the launch ceremony for the 3rd class of its official supporters, HomeMuse, at Kumkang Leisure located in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province.
HomeMuse is HomeCC Interior’s official brand supporters program, now in its third year of operation, with the goal of broadening the foundations of the interior architecture field while strengthening communication with customers. Its name combines the ‘home’ of HomeCC Interior with ‘muse,’ the goddess of art and learning from Greek mythology. During last year’s 2nd class of HomeMuse, activities such as tours of KCC Glass factories, visits to construction sites, and material performance tests were carried out. Through these activities, around 100 pieces of social media content were produced, achieving meaningful results including a cumulative view count of more than 1.66 million. This year, the 3rd class of HomeMuse, recruiting a total of 20 members, is organized into four teams and will carry out a variety of activities as HomeCC Interior’s official supporters over the coming year. In particular, the 3rd class of HomeMuse has expanded its recruitment pool to include everyone from winners of the ‘Korea Interior Architecture Competition’ to ordinary university students and consumers with a strong interest in interior design. Experts from the Korean Society of Interior Architects (KOSID), an incorporated association of interior architecture design specialists, will participate as mentors and carry out the activities together with the members.
The Connecting Day event opened with a welcoming address by Heo Hyeok, President of the Korean Society of Interior Architects, followed by lectures on the theme of ‘The Importance of Eco-Friendly Design for Biodiversity Conservation and Ecosystem Protection’ given by Lee In-sang, General Manager at KCC Glass, and Lee Young-jin, Director of the Korean Society of Interior Architects. An awards ceremony for the 2nd class of HomeMuse, which was highly active last year, was held along with the launch ceremony for the newly inaugurated 3rd class, one after the other. In addition, attendees, including members of the 2nd and 3rd classes, enjoyed a networking session to build camaraderie. Furthermore, ahead of the Connecting Day event, attendees added meaning to the occasion by volunteering to apply bird-collision-prevention stickers to buildings within Kumkang Leisure. This year’s activities for the 3rd class of HomeMuse will include participation in the ‘Wild Bird Protection Campaign,’ which KCC Glass is pursuing as part of its ESG efforts.
A KCC Glass official said, “The newly launched 3rd class of HomeMuse, in particular, will bring together members from diverse backgrounds into single teams to carry out colorful and creative missions together,” adding, “Through this, we expect to share a wide range of ideas about spaces that add value to life, while also contributing greatly to strengthening the participating members’ expertise and expanding their networks.”
