KCC Glass to roll out across online and offline channels for two months through March
Enhancing a trustworthy brand image centered on differentiated strengths
KCC Glass (Chairman Chung Mong-ik) announced that its specialized interior brand 'HomeCC Interior' has unveiled a new advertising campaign to mark the new year.
Featuring actor Cho Jin-woong, HomeCC Interior's advertising model, the new campaign will be rolled out over two months through March across a variety of online and offline channels, including YouTube and outdoor digital billboards.
With consumer complaints over interior remodeling—such as inflated estimates, shoddy construction, and inadequate after-sales service—on the rise recently, HomeCC Interior planned this advertising campaign to enhance its own trustworthy brand image, one that even consumers unfamiliar with interior remodeling can rely on with confidence.
The campaign centers on two videos: a B2P (business-to-partner) ad that recruits skilled interior professionals (HomeCC Master Partners) to work with HomeCC Interior, and a B2C (business-to-consumer) ad that promotes HomeCC Interior's differentiated strengths to general consumers. The plan is to recruit outstanding partners in each region through the ads to strengthen construction quality, thereby boosting customer trust.
The B2P ad video conveys the message 'Experts build it, the company manages it,' presenting both KCC Glass's expertise in the building-materials field and the detailed construction work of 'HomeCC Master Partners' well-versed in interior remodeling sites, thereby raising consumers' expectations for reliable interior construction services. In particular, the trustworthy image of model Cho Jin-woong is said to blend well with KCC Glass's corporate image, further heightening the ad's sense of immersion.
The B2C ad video showcases Cho Jin-woong's outstanding performance in a dual role. His delightful back-and-forth—playing both a customer deliberating over an interior remodel and an employee confidently recommending HomeCC Interior as the best solution—draws attention. The line 'Interior remodeling? HomeCC!' is repeated from beginning to end, imprinting on consumers the idea that 'HomeCC Interior is the way to go for interior remodeling.'
A KCC Glass official said, "Built on KCC Glass's long-standing know-how and experience, HomeCC Interior is working to enhance customer satisfaction not only by developing a variety of interior packages tailored to customer needs, but also through the head office's thorough management spanning from construction to after-sales service," adding, "By continuously strengthening construction quality alongside this new advertising campaign, we will establish ourselves as a trusted specialized interior brand that customers can rely on with confidence."
