Expansion of experience-based spaces such as window display zones and interior package showrooms, with everything from consultation to after-sales service managed by headquarters
‘Homecc Interior,’ the specialized interior brand of KCC Glass (CEO Kim Nae-hwan), is accelerating its expansion of experience-based stores. Homecc Interior plans to continuously increase the number of customer experience-based showrooms by renovating or newly opening directly operated showrooms in major metropolitan cities—including Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and Daejeon—as well as its showroom located in the Seoul metropolitan area, all within this year.
In line with this, after fully remodeling its Bundang-Pangyo branch into a customer experience-based showroom this past March, Homecc Interior has fully remodeled its Seocho flagship store, accelerating the expansion of experience-based showrooms.
The Homecc Interior Bundang-Pangyo branch features a window display zone where customers can experience the entire lineup of ‘Homecc Window,’ its premium window products, as well as a showroom where they can explore the newly launched room-specific interior packages from Homecc Interior. A materials display zone has also been added, allowing customers to see, compare, and choose from various interior materials with their own eyes. Customers can receive Homecc Interior’s differentiated, one-stop interior service, with everything from consultation to after-sales service managed by headquarters.
A KCC Glass official said, “Through this renewal, the Homecc Interior Bundang-Pangyo branch has been transformed into a customer experience-based space,” adding, “In particular, we have created a space where customers can directly examine a variety of windows and interior materials, leveraging the strengths of KCC Glass as a specialized building-materials company. If you are considering an interior renovation, we invite you to visit and receive a consultation.”
The Homecc Interior Seocho flagship store is Homecc Interior’s flagship showroom, located on the first floor of KCC’s headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul. At the store, customers can directly experience Homecc Interior’s room-specific interior packages in various styles through showrooms that look as though an actual apartment—including the living room, bathroom, kitchen, and entrance—has been recreated on-site. Through advance reservation, they can also receive Homecc Interior’s differentiated, one-stop interior service, with everything from consultation to after-sales service managed by headquarters.
In particular, this remodeling has expanded the materials display zone, allowing customers to see, compare, and choose from a variety of the latest interior materials used in renowned luxury apartments—such as the ‘Senstone’ series, a premium Italian stone finishing material, and the ‘Soop Solid Wood Flooring Cheong’ series, a flooring product that conveys the texture of natural wood as it is. In addition, the window display zone offers a variety of ‘Homecc Window’ products, premium windows with outstanding insulation performance.
To celebrate its renewal opening, the Homecc Interior Seocho flagship store is holding a variety of events for visiting customers. The first 100 customers to visit the store will receive a Starbucks gift voucher; 100 customers who receive an in-store consultation will receive a 10,000 won department store gift certificate; and 100 customers who post a photo and consultation review on their personal social media after their consultation will receive a 20,000 won department store gift certificate.
In addition, the first 20 households that replace all of their exterior windows with Homecc Window will receive a free upgrade from standard glass to KCC Glass’s high-insulation Low-E glass at no additional cost, and customers who have a room-specific interior package installed by the end of April will receive up to 220,000 won in Shinsegae gift certificates. However, the events may end early if supplies run out.
A KCC Glass official said, “This remodeling of the Seocho flagship store focused on expanding a variety of display spaces—such as showrooms and materials display zones—so that even customers who are not familiar with interior design can easily experience them,” adding, “Going forward, we plan to continue expanding experience-based showrooms and increasing customer touchpoints so that even more customers can directly experience Homecc Interior’s high-quality materials and interior packages.”
