'The Right Way to Ventilate to Save on Cooling Costs – Ventilation Time, Summer Edition'

Easy lyrics and a catchy melody that convey the effectiveness of ventilation systems

Hympel (CEO Kim Jung-hwan), a company specializing in ventilation appliances, announced that it has released a radio advertisement for its Huben S ventilation system, titled 'The Right Way to Ventilate Without Worrying About Cooling Costs – Ventilation Time, Summer Edition.'

This radio ad focuses on delivering the message that 'you can ventilate even with the doors closed' to those who need to keep their doors open for continuous indoor ventilation to prevent COVID-19 infection, yet worry about electricity bills because they must run their air conditioners even with the doors open in the hot weather.

In particular, the easy lyrics and catchy melody that convey the effectiveness of the ventilation system—such as 'Polluted air goes out, fresh air comes in; ventilate conveniently to protect our health'—are expected to draw the attention of many listeners.

Hympel's Huben S ventilation system exhausts polluted indoor air to the outside and brings in outdoor air, converting it into fresh air by passing it through a high-performance multi-filter system capable of filtering out even ultrafine dust. It also offers economic efficiency, as it is equipped with a heat-exchange element that exchanges thermal energy when converting indoor and outdoor air, reducing energy lost during cooling by up to 52%.

In addition, since it allows ventilation without opening windows, it enables indoor ventilation even in facilities where natural or frequent ventilation is difficult due to the building's structure.

To maximize its image as a company specializing in ventilation appliances and to connect with consumers in a friendly way, Hympel is presenting a series of radio advertisements proposing seasonally tailored ventilation methods.

Launched last June for the humid summer season, the radio ad for the bathroom ventilation appliance Hygenne promoted the bathroom ventilation appliance while expressing the effectiveness of dehumidification (drying)—the product's core function—as a 'dry, refreshing bathroom,' sparking consumers' curiosity and interest.

A Hympel official said, 'We planned this radio ad out of a desire to inform people of the right way to ventilate in summer, so that everyone going through this difficult time—with the addition of COVID-19 to the sweltering heat—can enjoy a healthy and cool summer,' adding, 'We hope that many people will no longer have to agonize over the trade-off between ventilation and electricity bills, and will think of the solution of being able to ventilate without opening windows and of the 'Hympel ventilation system.''
