This product combines top-tier performance, an ideal size, and enhanced durability, offering all the advantages needed for wrenching work. The new ‘M18 FHIW2F12 (18V FUEL High-Torque Impact Wrench 1/2-Inch)’ features Milwaukee’s new motor, which uses 22% more copper wire than its predecessor. When used with an 18V 5Ah battery, it boasts up to 2,034 Nm of torque, a no-load speed of 2,000 RPM, and 2,400 IPM (impacts per minute), and it offers a 1- to 3-stage speed control mode along with a 4th-stage auto-shutoff mode.
Another advantage of the ‘M18 FHIW2F12 (18V FUEL High-Torque Impact Wrench 1/2-Inch)’ is its more compact size, which reduces operator fatigue. In particular, its overall length of 193 mm—22 mm shorter than the previous model—delivers excellent accessibility when working in tight spaces. Despite being more compact, the product provides 50% faster work speed thanks to the increased torque and RPM. In addition, a reinforced anvil material minimizes anvil damage even at maximum output, and an isolator is applied to the battery mount. The battery isolator helps keep the battery securely attached even amid the vibration generated during work. Inside the product, a next-generation electrical circuit board enables more efficient power and heat management, improving overall durability. Furthermore, the ‘M18 FHIW2F12 (18V FUEL High-Torque Impact Wrench 1/2-Inch)’ is equipped with a triple-LED across the length of the product, allowing bright work even in dark spaces.
