GuJung Flooring is drawing industry attention with the launch of its 2023 new laminated-wood flooring products, ‘Grand Texture 165’ and ‘Blonte.’
First, ‘Grand Texture 165’ is a textured laminated-wood floor that brings out natural grain patterns and the texture of solid wood through embossing technology, offering an excellent tactile feel along with practicality. In particular, ‘Grand Texture 165’ is released in a wider format (165W×1200L×7.5T) than existing textured laminated-wood floors, distinguished by its vivid rendering of realistic wood grain. ‘Grand Texture 165’ is an upgraded version of the previous ‘Grand Texture 142’ format, offered in six options that capture 2023 interior trends.
To begin with, ▲Grand Steady and ▲Grand Vivid, which were the best-selling products in ‘Grand Texture 142,’ have been released with revised product dimensions, and four new patterns—▲Grand Urbine, ▲Grand Bone Oak, ▲Grand Bright Oak, and ▲Grand Avenue—have been added to present a total lineup of six products. The new products were designed with a focus on oak colors, and are expected to enhance consumer satisfaction with a more spacious feel when applied to a space. Two of the four patterns use the same HPL as ‘Blonte’s’ ‘Bone Oak’ and ‘Bright Oak,’ reproducing the same color and texture, while ‘Grand Urbine’ and ‘Grand Avenue’ add a modern, minimal sensibility with white and gray tones so they can be applied regardless of the space. The new product ‘Blonte’ is a high-end, ultra-wide laminated-wood floor completed with GuJung Flooring’s craftsmanship, featuring specifications of 230(W)×2420(L)×8.7(T)—the largest format that can be made with plywood flooring. ‘Blonte’ uses the highest eco-friendly grade of plywood (SE0 grade), and is characterized by expressing a design and mood close to solid wood through the color, grain detail, and texture unique to ‘Blonte,’ which set it apart from existing laminated-wood floors. In addition, the stability created by its Miracle plywood core, combined with its extra-long format, boasts a sense of balance and makes a space look wider and more expansive. In particular, an advantage of ‘Blonte’ is that, in response to increasingly diverse consumer needs, the ratio of wood grain patterns—such as quarter-sawn grain (straight pattern) and flat-sawn grain (wavy pattern)—can be chosen according to the desired mood or taste of the space. The new product ‘Blonte’ is available in two wood species that suit recent interior trends: Bone Oak (mid-tone oak) and Bright Oak (light oak).
GuJung Flooring stated, “The newly launched Grand Texture 165 and Blonte are reasonably priced flooring products that reflect 2023 interior trends, retaining the elegance of solid-wood flooring while offering the practicality of laminated-wood flooring.” 031-766-0700
