With this launch, on-site workers can now select and use battery capacities suited to various working conditions and job-site demands. In particular, its easy compatibility with the entire '20V MAX' power tool lineup and chargers allows a wide range of power tools to be used efficiently. The new '20V MAX 3.5Ah POWERSTACK Lithium-Ion Battery (DCBP320)' boasts more powerful performance and a lighter weight. Notably, through the industry's first stacked power cell technology, it delivers a steady current while maintaining high voltage even under load, achieving outstanding productivity. In addition, the '20V MAX 5.0Ah Lithium-Ion Battery (DCB184)' provides more than 50% more power output and over twice the battery life compared to its predecessor, further enhancing worker satisfaction. Robust durability and convenience are also key strengths. If the product is dropped, the rubber over-mold base wrapping the bottom of the product minimizes impact, and the LED battery-level indicator icons on the side of the product allow workers to manage their work pace and time. Furthermore, at a light weight of 505g—lighter than its predecessor—it reduces workers' physical fatigue.
