LG Electronics has unveiled its 'LG Gallery+' service, which lets users enjoy content according to their tastes.

'LG Gallery+' is a service that uses an LG TV as a digital picture frame to display content, allowing users to complete their space's interior design, and it offers more than 4,000 pieces of diverse content, including masterpiece paintings and game illustrations. In particular, users can experience the emotion of works exhibited at major galleries around the world, such as the National Gallery in London and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Seoul, through their LG TV. A notable feature is that, by reflecting customer feedback from the service's planning stage, it provides not only classic works of art but also a variety of images from games and movies. LG Electronics has also collaborated with partners such as Ubisoft, Europe's largest game company, so users can decorate their TV screen with the vast landscapes of the game 'Assassin's Creed' or action scenes from 'Rainbow Six Siege.' It is also possible to bring imagined images to life with AI and set them as the TV's wallpaper. In addition, LG has added a curation feature operated to suit each customer's taste, as well as a BGM function that lets users select and enjoy music that matches the artwork.

'LG Gallery+' was recently launched in 23 countries, including South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, and 20 European Union (EU) countries. The service is being rolled out sequentially, depending on the model and software version, for UHD and higher TVs released since 2023 and OLED/8K TVs released in 2022.

Cho Byoung-ha, Executive Vice President and head of the webOS Platform Business Center at LG Electronics' MS Company, said, "In keeping with rapidly changing trends, we will deliver the differentiated value unique to LG webOS to more customers through a wide range of high-quality content such as art and games." 1544-7777
