LG Hausys (CEO Min Kyung-jip) is making a full-scale push into the compact window market, where applications are expanding across a variety of indoor spaces—from the kitchen to the study and dressing room.
In connection with this, LG Hausys announced the launch of 'Eurosystem9 mini,' a compact window that significantly reduces frame thickness to secure a comfortable field of view and a clean design. LG Hausys' new 'Eurosystem9 mini' offers the advantage of reducing frame thickness by about 40% compared to existing compact window products of the same material (PVC), and of dramatically improving the previously cramped field of view by placing the ventilation opening and window handle on one side of the window.
Until now, consumers have often complained of a cramped and inconvenient feeling caused by thick window frames and designs relative to the glass area of compact windows, and 'Eurosystem9 mini' is a product that resolves these inconveniences. In addition, LG Hausys' 'Eurosystem9 mini' features a special silver-ion coating—effective at reducing bacteria—on the window handle, making it effective at preventing bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli that can occur in kitchen spaces. It is available in two colors: 'Pure White,' a white tone that pairs well with kitchen fixtures such as refrigerators and sinks, and 'Urban Grey,' a grey tone.
LG Hausys plans to actively promote 'Eurosystem9 mini' through home-shopping window broadcasts and window replacement events at older apartment complexes, leading the growing compact window market.
Hwang Jin-hyung, Executive Vice President and Head of the Window Business Division at LG Hausys, said, "'Eurosystem9 mini' is a product that reflects LG Hausys' efforts to improve even the smallest inconveniences for our customers," adding, "Going forward, we will continue to consider even the smallest customer inconveniences and stay one step ahead in introducing innovative window products that can change lives." 080-005-4000
