Slim 18㎜ and 40㎜ frame thicknesses maximize a sense of openness

LX Hausys has unveiled a new room divider product, the ‘LX Z:IN Interior Door,’ which delivers a slim design and superior functionality at the same time.

The newly launched ‘LX Z:IN Interior Door’ is distinguished by its lineup, which is divided into Interior Door 3, 5, and 7 according to function and price range so that customers can easily understand the diverse range of room divider products. In addition, customers can choose from a variety of frame designs and opening methods by type, such as ‘Classic Sliding,’ ‘Slim Swing,’ and ‘Slim Sliding.’

The newly launched interior doors come in thicknesses of 40㎜ (Classic) and 18㎜ (Slim)—thinner than conventional room divider frames—delivering a sophisticated design and a maximized sense of openness. In particular, they use a durable, high-strength aluminum material that resists deformation and warping for long-lasting use, and their advantage lies in being able to suit any space, as they can be combined with transparent, opaque, or patterned glass and a variety of frame colors according to interior tastes. The convenience of features such as handles and rails was also taken into account. The handles enhance convenience with the ZIN Signature Handle, which leaves no fingerprints on the glass, and the Easy Open Handle, designed to open easily using leverage. The lower rail is designed with a lowered threshold for easy passage.

Furthermore, the ‘LX Z:IN Interior Door’ features premium components such as a high-performance damper and a bounce stopper. The high-performance damper hardware, which has undergone 100,000 opening-and-closing tests, effectively absorbs impact when the door is closed to prevent hands from being caught and to prevent damage, while the bounce stopper, which controls vibration when opening and closing the door, enables smooth operation. In addition, through LX Z:IN’s unique quality management program, the company has become the first in the industry to guarantee up to 10 years of after-service care for the body of the room divider when direct-managed installation is selected, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
