LX Hausys has launched a renewed 2022 model of its flagship, best-selling wallpaper, 'LX Z:IN Zea Fabric.'
Since its release in 2018, 'Zea Fabric' wallpaper has enjoyed great popularity for its distinctive design that brings out the touch and three-dimensional feel of woven fabric, as well as its eco-friendliness achieved by applying plant-derived ingredients to the product's surface layer. Now, after four years, a renewed product has been unveiled. The most notable feature of the newly renewed 2022 'Zea Fabric' wallpaper is the addition of design patterns that further accentuate matte colors and fabric textures. It has been released in a total of six collections—including Matte Painting, Real Fabric, and the eco-friendly Kids collection—across 120 colors.
First, a wide range of matte colors with various textures have been added, reflecting the matte interior style that has recently been gaining attention in Korea. The 'Matte Painting' collection nicely realizes the clean and crisp matte look of actual painted walls, and for deep matte colors, the foam layer beneath the printed surface layer of the wallpaper is given the same color as the printed layer, making it resistant to scratches and leaving seams barely visible. In addition, the 'Real Fabric' collection, which applies an advanced three-dimensional technique to further bring out the plump texture and thickness characteristic of fabric—as if touching actual material—more than previous products, helps create luxurious spaces with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Along with these, products with distinctive patterns such as 'Midnight Flower,' whose design highlights lavish, exotic materials like imported wallpaper, and 'Sensory Terrazzo,' which renders stone and marble textures in matte colors, are expected to prove highly popular.
