‘Design Louver’ and ‘Frame Wall,’ the wall interior finishing materials presented by Yerim Timber, are products that let you make any space more special through simple designs and a sense of dimension when you want to add change to a plain wall.
In particular, they can be applied right over wallpaper, so with only simple installation you can easily transform the areas you want and change them into a variety of on-trend space atmospheres. Among them, Yerim Timber’s ‘Design Louver’ is a product developed by preserving the strengths of the existing wall finishing material ‘Tambour Board’ while making up for its weaknesses,
and it is characterized by its ability to create a natural yet stylish interior. Unlike Tambour Board, in which a single product covers a large area, each individual ‘Design Louver’ piece is small and light in size, allowing for easier work during installation. The biggest difference from the existing Tambour Board is that each ‘Design Louver’ has its own dedicated finishing molding, enabling a cleaner finish, and another strength is that installation is convenient thanks to the widely known ‘L assembly method,’ so much so that no installation manual is even needed. In addition, ‘Design Louver’ is produced at a length of 2,440 mm, giving a sense of expansion that makes the space look visually wider.
Yerim Timber’s ‘Design Louver’ is composed of ▲a ‘Square’ pattern expressed with three-dimensional embossed and engraved curves in a stripe form, ▲a ‘Round Design’ pattern, ▲a modern ‘Rib’ pattern available only from Yerim, and ▲a ‘Flat’ design. Rather than a single repetitive pattern, combining the ‘Square’ and ‘Flat’ designs allows for an even more distinctive interior. In addition to its 12 standard colors, Yerim Timber’s ‘Design Louver’ can also be finished with roughly 200 colors of Yerim Interior Film, so it can be styled in various ways according to the interior atmosphere or the customer’s taste. Furthermore, it uses eco-friendly E0-grade board material, so it can be used with peace of mind even in homes with young children.
Yerim Timber’s other wall finishing material, ‘Frame Wall,’ is a square wall panel product assembled with frame-style molding. ‘Frame Wall’ applies dark-tone wood veneer and a cream-white solid color to create a natural yet trendy interior. It has a simple and stable square form, but depending on how it is applied, it can be styled in a wider range of spaces.
