Kiturami (CEO Kim Hak-soo) announced the launch of the 'Kiturami Carbon Board Ondol,' which applies the advantages of the 3rd-generation 'Carbon Mat Ondol' to replace conventional 'electric heating panels' and 'electric heating films.'

The 'Kiturami Carbon Board Ondol' features a patented carbon heating mesh at its core. The carbon heating mesh, densely woven from carbon and poly yarns in a net-like form, emits far-infrared rays to provide fast and uniform heating throughout the space via radiant heat. It continues to generate heat normally even when partially damaged, and only the faulty section can be replaced. As a high-density, high-strength product, it also offers outstanding durability. The carbon heating mesh, protected by triple-layer waterproof vinyl, is inserted into a high-density polyester board and then compressed with a hydraulic press of over 300 tons, giving it powerful durability. In addition, it can be used with peace of mind in children's facilities such as schools, academies, and kindergartens without concerns about harmful electromagnetic waves, and it is equipped with an overheat prevention device that blocks excessive temperature rise beyond a set level, keeping it safe from fire.

The Kiturami 'Carbon Board Ondol' can be flexibly installed to suit a variety of spaces and interiors. It can be used not only on floors but also on walls for space heating, and it can be cut to size regardless of dimensions. With simple installation and strong durability, it is easy to dismantle for reuse or to relocate. Furthermore, the Bluetooth-enabled carbon board controller allows heating mode control for up to 10 rooms via smartphone. On top of that, as a dry heating material, the 'Kiturami Carbon Board Ondol' is simpler to install than the wet heating method using hot-water piping applied in most building construction, dramatically shortening the construction period. The 'Kiturami Carbon Board Ondol' is installed by placing insulation on the base slab floor and then installing the carbon board directly, allowing installation in as little as 4 hours for a 99㎡ (30-pyeong) space. In Kiturami Boiler's own tests measuring floor surface temperature when supplying heat at 60℃, the 'Carbon Board Ondol' dry heating proved outstanding heating efficiency, reducing heat loss by up to 64% compared to conventional wet heating.

A Kiturami Boiler official said, "The Kiturami Carbon Board is a product that carries over the advantages of the Kiturami Carbon Mat, allowing free installation on floors or walls to enjoy efficient heating throughout the entire living space." 1588-9000
