Dyson Korea has launched the Dyson ‘Lightcycle Morph’ lighting, which reproduces the characteristics of natural light and can be used for a variety of purposes.
Built on the core technology of the Dyson ‘Lightcycle Task’ lighting released last year, this product harnesses the diverse qualities of natural light to serve four functions: △indirect lighting △task lighting △feature lighting △ambient (mood) lighting.
The Dyson ‘Lightcycle Morph’ lighting uses an algorithm based on the time, date, and location to measure the color temperature and brightness of natural light in any region. Based on this natural light data, it uses three warm-color-temperature LEDs and three cool-color-temperature LEDs to continuously adjust color temperature and brightness to match the natural light of the user’s location, delivering optimal light suited to the user’s location and time of day. In addition, the Dyson ‘Lightcycle Morph’ lighting can be personalized through the Dyson Link app. Users can manually adjust brightness and color temperature directly by sliding and touching. It also offers settings for studying, relaxing, precision work, concentration, waking up, power-saving mode, and away mode, and users can pre-configure up to 20 named lighting presets tailored to their own task types and moods.
Beyond providing optimal light, Dyson explains that its Heat Pipe technology—in which droplets of water inside the pipe move, evaporate, and condense to provide continuous cooling with no energy consumption—allows the lighting to maintain its quality for 60 years.

Meanwhile, the Dyson ‘Lightcycle Morph’ lighting comes in two types—a desk model (white/silver) and a floor-standing model (white/silver, black)—available for 720,000 won and 960,000 won respectively. 1588-4253
