In particular, the aluminum profile can be selected in 25 mm increments to suit the design site, and the maximum fabrication size can be produced and installed at an ultra-large scale of up to 2×5.1 m without steel reinforcement, and up to 2×6.9 m with reinforcement installed.
In addition, the unitized steel reinforcement, which can be assembled as an integrated component, maintains a stable building design without twisting or bending even under wind pressure caused by climate change. By inserting high-performance insulation material, it strengthens thermal insulation performance compared to ordinary aluminum curtain walls, providing users with a safer and more comfortable space. When combined with the 'EWS 60 SG (Eagon Window System 60 Structural Glazing Type),' a casement window designed exclusively for curtain walls, indoor and outdoor air circulation is also possible. Furthermore, unlike existing curtain wall-dedicated windows, the 'EWS 60 SG' features a polyamide bar inserted within the frame to minimize heat loss that can occur between the door and the frame. Moreover, a special gasket is applied at the joints where the vertical and horizontal bars meet, reinforcing airtightness—a common weak point of standard curtain walls.
