The two DeWalt miter saws released this time are high-performance, heavy-duty sliding miter saws that deliver improved performance over previous models and feature enhanced functions that significantly boost user convenience and work efficiency.
On these products, the base and fence have been designed and machined to high accuracy standards so that users can achieve more precise work results. In addition, the saws are equipped with an innovative grooving system that lets users adjust the cutting depth of the workpiece by regulating the blade's cutting height, a bevel angle adjustment device designed for easier and more accurate bevel angle setting, and an XPS light system that provides an accurate cut line and visibility. In particular, the large dual sliding fence delivers maximum material support when cutting large materials, and the roller-bearing horizontal rails provide maximum precision on cuts up to 305 mm.
Features for user safety and convenience have also been added. An electric brake (E-Brake) brings the circular saw blade to a complete stop within 4 seconds when the power is turned off, preventing accidents. For the blade, simply raising the guard exposes the blade retaining bolt, allowing easier and safer blade replacement. The 'DCS727T2' cordless miter saw applies DeWalt's groundbreaking FlexVolt battery system to deliver power on par with corded products, making it ideal for use on job sites where power supply is difficult.
