DEWALT, the premium power tool brand of Stanley Black & Decker Korea, is accelerating its push into the cordless tool market with the launch of four new products.
This new product lineup consists of four cordless tools that run solely on battery power rather than a cord, enhancing product performance with improved capability and convenience over previous models. ▲ The 20V MAX FLEXVOLT ADVANTAGE Hammer Drill Driver (DCD999NT-KR) delivers best-in-class power, boosting output by up to 55% and torque by up to 32% compared to previous models when fitted with a FLEXVOLT battery. Larger gears and reinforced materials provide greater durability, and a high-quality cast aluminum auxiliary handle is fitted to prevent slipping during high-torque work. In addition, an extendable auxiliary handle and an E-Clutch function have been added so users can work more comfortably. ▲ The 20V MAX XR Brushless SDS PLUS 2kg Hammer Drill (DCH172P2-KR) boasts a compact form factor, being about 30% smaller and about 35% lighter than previous models. With a no-load speed of 1,060 rpm and up to 4,980 bpm of impact, it can run continuously for about 55 minutes. It can also be set to two modes—rotary hammer and hammering—making it optimized for work on piping, boilers, and equipment installations. An LED light that stays lit for 20 seconds after stopping and a low-vibration design also reduce fatigue for users working over long periods.
▲ The 20V MAX XR Brushless Compact 4.5-inch Circular Saw (DCS571P2-KR) features an ergonomic design and top-class durability that withstands external impacts as well as internally generated stress. The smoothly finished base makes work easier, offering a no-load speed of 4,500 rpm and a maximum cutting depth of 39.5mm. Its outstanding runtime increases work efficiency, and an E-Brake stops the rotation immediately when the switch is released, enhancing user safety. ▲ The Mini Laser Distance Measurer 16M (DW055PL-XJ) is a continuous-measurement product that automatically detects distance as it moves. Sized like a portable accessory, it is easy to carry anywhere and can measure distances up to 16m. With a built-in USB-rechargeable lithium-ion battery, it can be used up to 1,000 times on a single full charge.
