The service provides a report as detailed as a work order, and is available at a fixed price for homes up to the 30-pyeong range. 'Smart Interior Consulting' was launched for interior design customers who want to adopt a smart home but find it difficult to identify suitable devices or gather installation information. A company representative said, "Products that require installation, such as lighting, have a high barrier to entry, and there are still not many interior design firms that specialize in smart homes," adding, "We have expanded our consulting for B2B corporate clients to general consumers so that they can easily create a smart home suited to their lifestyle."
Based on a residential space in the 30-pyeong range, the 'Smart Interior Consulting' service includes all the information needed for smart interior design, such as electrical wiring, networking, device placement, device specifications, and installation precaution guides. In addition, a dedicated PM with extensive field experience and device knowledge reflects the customer's preferences and the lifestyle of family members in the design and proposals. According to the company, consulting takes about 14 business days, delivering a final report after gathering materials and communicating with the customer, and the report contains information detailed enough to be used as a construction firm's work order. Accordingly, customers can proceed in whatever manner they wish, from turnkey to partial or self interior projects.
