Bosch Power Tools Division (Division Head Park Jin-hong) announced the launch of two professional-grade reciprocating saws featuring powerful cutting performance and work convenience: the cordless 'GSA 18V-24 Professional' and the corded 'GSA 12-30 Professional'.
Both new products offer outstanding cutting performance and work convenience, and their broad versatility allows users to choose between them according to corded or cordless work environments and material strength. In addition, convenience is enhanced with features such as a variable-speed trigger that adjusts speed to suit each situation and a system that allows blade changes without tools. In particular, the cordless 'GSA 18V-24' is equipped with a powerful brushless motor, delivering a fast no-load speed of 3,100 rpm and a cutting capacity of up to 230 mm in depth. With a lightweight design of approximately 1.7 kg excluding the battery, it boasts outstanding output relative to its weight, making a variety of cutting tasks easier to perform. This makes it well suited to professionals across various fields, including HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters. Furthermore, its compact body and rotatable blade support are designed to enable precise cutting even in tight spaces or near walls. It also incorporates Bosch's Counter-balance mechanism, which reduces operator fatigue and provides a comfortable working environment even during extended use. On top of this, a built-in LED work light lets users accurately check the cutting line even in dark conditions.
The new corded reciprocating saw 'GSA 12-30 Professional' boasts a high output of 1,250 W, and with a no-load speed of up to 3,000 rpm and a long stroke length of 30 mm, it can perform faster and more powerful cutting. Notably, it can cut wood up to 230 mm, and its vibration-optimized design allows a variety of materials to be processed smoothly and quickly. It is especially useful in high-intensity work environments such as automotive repair and demolition, and its open brush holder design makes brush replacement and inspection simple.
