Bosch's Power Tools Division has launched a lineup of high-performance professional power tool accessories, including a router (trimmer) bit set, four circular saw blades, and nine flap discs.
First, the new '6㎜ Shank Router (Trimmer)' bit set is a comprehensive, outstanding value-for-money set comprising 15 frequently used bits. It can be used with all routers and trimmers that use 6㎜ collets, and the bit tips are precisely machined from high-quality tungsten carbide meeting the ISO K10 grade. In addition, they feature a single-flute/double-flute design that facilitates easy chip evacuation to prevent kickback caused by chip clogging during work. This efficiently supports woodworkers and construction and interior carpenters in ▲grooving ▲rebating ▲profiling and ▲trimming tasks. The bit set comes with an additional hex wrench and three ball bearings.
The 'Circular Saw Blades' are designed for wood and aluminum and are available in the 'Expert Series' and 'Standard Series.' ▲Expert for Wood 40T and 60T grind their teeth with ultra-precise carbide for fast and smooth wood cutting. With a thin tip thickness and an optimized cutting angle, they maximize cutting speed and product lifespan while reducing chip generation. In addition, improved balancing delivers low vibration and wobble. These products come in 7 1/4-inch and 10-inch sizes. Furthermore, ▲Standard for Wood 36T for wood and ▲Standard for Aluminum 54T for aluminum also enable precise cutting with high-quality carbide tips, and their low friction during cutting improves tool battery life and working time. On top of that, heat-dissipation/anti-vibration slots reduce tool noise, vibration, and heat generation. Both products are available in a 6 1/2-inch size.
The '4-inch Flap Disc' is made of high-quality heat-treated aluminum oxide grains for a high removal rate, optimized for metal grinding work. In particular, its highly durable X-backing cloth and strong backing pad deliver high grinding power. It can be used for sanding and grinding on a variety of surfaces such as flat, curved, corner, and edge areas, and it complies with the European product safety standard 'EN 13743' for high stability. The product is available in a total of nine types across grit sizes ▲#40 ▲#60 ▲#80 and ▲#100.
