Samhwa Paints Industrial has launched ‘Color Deco Metal Floor,’ an eco-friendly flooring product featuring distinctive patterns and vivid colors.
The new ‘Color Deco Metal Floor’ is a water-based interior flooring product developed to suit the trends of the MZ generation, creating a unique ambiance through a metallic corrosion effect. According to the company, its five-color lineup emphasizes individuality and a sense of luxury. In particular, ‘Color Deco Metal Floor’ allows customers to create their own personalized interior, as each installation produces a different pattern depending on the installation environment and the applicator’s sensibility. Although it produces a corrosion effect, it is an eco-friendly flooring product that has obtained the Environmental Label certification and indoor air quality certification; in tests of pollutant emissions conducted by SGS Korea, emissions were below the standard levels. In addition, the new ‘Color Deco Metal Floor’ showed no detection of formaldehyde or toluene, and its volatile organic compound (VOC) level of 0.778 ㎎/(㎡·h) was lower than the Environmental Label certification standard of 1.0 ㎎/(㎡·h) set by the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute.
