The name 'GRIN' means to 'make us all break into a broad smile,' and the line is composed of 6 designs and 32 diverse colors, allowing customers to complete their own special space according to their room and taste. In particular, the new bespoke engineered hardwood 'GRIN' vividly captures the distinctive patterns of natural wood and stone in its surface design—the most important factor customers consider when choosing flooring. It reproduces not only the rich, natural colors and textures but also wood grain patterns that are three times more varied, combined in golden-ratio proportions to achieve an even more natural feel. In addition, it is finished with HPM, making it resistant to dents, scratches, and staining.
Another noteworthy feature of this new product is that it is a 'bespoke' floor that can be freely mixed and matched. As the customer base favoring various sizes and designs has recently expanded, 'GRIN' was released in 6 sizes and 32 colors. Furthermore, its uniform 10.5 mm thickness allows all products to be freely mixed and matched without any height differences or transition strips. On top of that, 'GRIN' uses 10 mm plywood manufactured directly by EAGON Industrial as its base; thicker and sturdier than the company's existing products, it is resistant to dents and exhibits minimal shrinkage and deformation, delivering excellent product stability and a comfortable walking feel. It is also made with water-resistant plywood that achieved the highest 'Super E0' grade, with formaldehyde emissions of 0.3 mg/L or less in emission testing, so it can be used with peace of mind without concerns about harmful substances. In addition, the floor's finishing precision has been enhanced so that the seams between planks are kept to a minimum, and darker-toned floors employ a Perfect Edge Line technique to achieve a flawless finish right down to the corners.
