Samsung Electronics has launched the ‘Samsung Interior Fit Installation Service,’ a customized installation service specialized in home appliance installation.
This service is a package offering that provides the removal of existing cabinetry, installation work, and product setup all at once, and is carried out through partner companies of Samsung Electronics Logitech. Since this past September, the company introduced a cabinetry reform service for kitchen appliances such as refrigerators and ovens, and demand has since expanded, with the number of customers using the service increasing by approximately 50% each month. In line with this growth in usage, Samsung Electronics has expanded the range of eligible products to include laundry appliances and transitioned to a new installation service with enhanced convenience. The ‘Samsung Interior Fit Installation Service’ applies to laundry appliances such as the Bespoke AI Combo, One-body washer-dryers, and drum-type washers and dryers. It is available not only to new customers but also to existing customers who own Samsung Electronics appliances, and by offering a total of 31 installation options—including upper cabinets, storage cabinets, table cabinets, and home bars—it enables interior design tailored to the space. The installed cabinetry is designed to match the product and door lines, reinforcing a unified look. In addition, the service policy applies a fixed-price system and is operated with removal costs included. After-sales service (AS) is provided as standard for one year, and a free warranty of up to five years is offered for sagging of upper cabinets. For safety, the materials use an EO grade with low formaldehyde emissions.
Meanwhile, when refrigerators, washers, and dryers are used through the ‘AI All-in-One 2.0’ subscription service, the ‘Blue Pass’ dedicated care service is provided, including the ‘Fast Track’ express AS and scheduled-time installation.
