Sugatsune's 'HES Concealed Hinge Series' offers a wide range of products tailored to various door specifications. Among them, the 'HES2', developed with a focus on ease of installation, is earning a positive response from consumers. Conventional hinges require routing to be machined at each of the positions where the hinge is fixed on both the frame side and the door side, taking considerable time and labor. The 'HES2', however, features a surface-mount specification that allows screws to be fixed directly onto the surface of the frame side, cutting conventional labor and time in half. In addition, after installation it can be finely adjusted in three directions—up/down, front/back, and left/right—further enhancing ease of installation, and it comes in three colors—black, white, and warm gray—so it can be selected to match the door's color.
