The 'Swing Lift Up SLUL' and 'Swing Lift Down SLDL' stay products introduced by Sugatsune Korea for use on flap doors are winning a strong response from domestic consumers just six months after their launch.
The products are stays equipped with a soft-close function featuring LapCon, Sugatsune's proprietary technology, along with a lift-assist function that allows the door to be raised effortlessly. They open and close lightly and smoothly with minimal force, adding a touch of sophistication to furniture. In particular, applying them to the upper or lower section of a kitchen cabinet—or to both the upper and lower sections together—allows a wider opening, making it easy to put items in and take them out. In the case of the 'Swing Lift Up SLUL', the door travel is as much as 613 mm, so even large appliances such as microwaves and ovens can be stored. In addition, even with the door held open, the door protrudes by only 115 mm, so it can be used efficiently without obstructing passage or interfering with the workflow, even in kitchen spaces with narrow aisles. Beyond this, another strength of Sugatsune products is their consideration for ease of installation: choosing the product's mounting position is simple, and the door's vertical, horizontal, and angular positions can be adjusted even after installation.
This hardware can be applied to a door weight of up to 11 kg per set, and having passed 40,000 cycles in Sugatsune Kogyo's in-house open-and-close durability testing in Japan, it is distinguished by outstanding durability.
