Signify Korea has launched the 'Hue White Bulb,' which packs only the essential features to let users control their lighting with ease.

Unlike ordinary lighting that simply provides illumination, 'Philips hue' is LED smart lighting that lets you control the brightness and color of your lights using a smartphone, tablet, and more. The newly launched 'Hue White Bulb' was released with a color temperature of 2700K, in step with the current market trend of seeking soft, comfortable yellow light—a shift from the previous market's preference for bright white lighting.

The 'Hue White Bulb' is a fitting product for beginners looking to try smart lighting for the first time, or for consumers who want to make casual use of smart lighting anywhere with its core features. Simple operation enables dimming, on/off control, and voice control via Google Home, while Bluetooth connectivity lets you control up to 10 bulbs with just a touch of your smart device's screen. In addition, it saves patterns that users repeatedly use, allowing simple routines to be set up—such as automating lights to turn on and off when waking up or going to sleep, or setting a timer.

Adding a Bridge expands the range of features even further. Not only can you freely control your lighting using a smartphone from inside and outside the home, but you can also set the lights to operate automatically according to schedules you specify yourself, such as times when you go out, TV program times, and bedtimes.
