Apartmentary (co-CEOs Yoon So-yeon and Kim Jun-young), an interior service innovation startup, announced the launch of 'FIVE STANDARD,' which allows customers to use its flagship remodeling product 'FIVE' at a reasonable price.
While the existing 'FIVE' remodeling service used premium-grade materials and high-end construction methods as standard to achieve the highest quality, 'FIVE STANDARD' is characterized by offering standard-grade materials and popular construction methods as options, designed so that customers with limited budgets can also experience the 'FIVE' remodeling service. Apartmentary aims to ease the burden of remodeling costs, which have risen recently due to higher interest rates and material prices, and to expand the customer experience by providing a variety of options tailored to each customer.
'FIVE' is a package product for the full remodeling of older apartments built more than five years ago. Apartmentary introduced Korea's first modularized service, dividing more than 30 interior remodeling processes into five basic processes (flooring, wall finishing, lighting, film, and tile) so that consumers can make selections more easily and conveniently. Centered on these five processes, overall remodeling ranging from structural changes to window (sash) replacement is possible.
Yoon So-yeon, co-CEO of Apartmentary, said, "FIVE STANDARD is a product prepared for customers who are about to move into an older apartment in need of full remodeling but have a limited budget, or who want to take on their first-ever interior project without pressure," adding, "It is a remodeling service product that concentrates the premium design sensibility and customer experience process know-how we have shown so far. Meanwhile, Apartmentary's 'FIVE STANDARD' product is currently available for consultation at the Dosan flagship store as well as pop-up stores in Mapo, Oksu, Songdo, Pangyo, and Yongsan.
