Coway has launched the ‘Water Stand Plus Water Purifier,’ which enhances both water-dispensing convenience and hygiene.
Despite its slim design, the new product offers a generous total water capacity of 12 liters, making it convenient to use in multi-user facilities such as restaurants, offices, and schools. In addition, at just 26 cm wide, it can be installed comfortably even in tight spaces. Furthermore, compared to the existing ‘Water Stand 2 Water Purifier,’ the dispensing area has been raised by 7.5 cm and widened to 26.5 cm, allowing convenient use without bending down or tilting tall bottles. The drip tray can be extended via a sliding mechanism, so a variety of containers such as cups and bottles can be placed on it securely. Hygiene has been strengthened as well. A dual UV sterilization function, with a UV module mounted at both the front and rear of the water reservoir, sterilizes the interior for four hours every 12 hours, while the faucet and drip tray detach easily for simple cleaning. In addition, through its RO filter system, the ‘Water Stand Plus Water Purifier’ can remove 99.99% not only of harmful substances dissolved in water such as heavy metals and bacteria, but also of norovirus, E. coli, and more. When not in use at night or over extended periods, it automatically switches to power-saving mode, reducing electricity costs as well.
