EAGON Maru, the high-quality eco-friendly flooring brand of EAGON Industrial, is drawing industry attention with the launch of ‘Cera Flex 190,’ a new product featuring Korea’s widest and longest dimensions.

EAGON Maru’s new ‘Cera Flex 190’ is Korea’s widest and longest laminate-reinforced flooring, measuring 19×161.5 cm—about 1.3 times the surface area of the previous ‘Cera Flex 143 (14.3×120 cm)’ product—creating open, expansive spaces reminiscent of vast natural landscapes. It also comes in two length options (19×80 cm), enhancing spatial versatility and installation efficiency.

In particular, great care was taken with this new product to realize top-tier grain and texture in order to vividly capture the beauty of natural wood. The crown and straight patterns of natural wood are combined in an optimal arrangement, and delicate 3D embossing technology is applied to express even more three-dimensional texture and realistic wood grain. The color lineup, reflecting a wide range of consumer preferences, includes ▲Mild White ▲Mild Cream ▲Mild Beige ▲Mild Oak ▲Mild Gold, faithfully preserving the diverse grain patterns and rich color spectrum of natural wood to create natural spaces with a feel similar to solid wood flooring.

In addition, the new ‘Cera Flex 190’ is made with a 10.5 mm thickness that sets it apart from other laminate-reinforced flooring products, providing a comfortable walking feel while offering excellent product stability with minimal shrinkage and deformation. Furthermore, the use of high-strength HPM gives it outstanding surface hardness, so there is little concern over dents, scratches, staining, and other damage that tend to occur with long-term use. Its appeal is further enhanced by the fact that mixing and matching it with EAGON Maru’s ‘Cera Flex Square,’ launched this past July, allows the warm feel of wood and the modern feel of tile to be presented in a single space without any height difference.

Because flooring is a building material that comes into the most frequent contact with the user’s body, it is essential to check whether it has eco-friendly certification confirming it is harmless to the human body. Harmful substances are especially damaging to people with sensitive constitutions, causing atopic dermatitis as well as irritation of the eyes and nervous system. ‘Cera Flex 190’ uses domestically produced eco-friendly plywood that has earned ‘Super E0,’ Korea’s highest eco-friendly grade, making it safe from various harmful substances including formaldehyde—a Class 1 carcinogen that triggers atopy—as well as benzene and toluene. It is also strong against water and moisture, offering the advantage of easy installation, repair, and removal.
