NEXIS DESIGN GROUP, a total living company with a 50-year history, has launched the Italian high-end kitchen brand 'LAMACUCINE.'
The newly introduced 'LAMACUCINE' is a 'Milan Style' kitchen brand born in Milan, the city of fashion and art. Inspired by Italian fashion and the Milan runway, it is characterized by a style, color palette, and sensibility rarely found in existing living brands. In particular, through this 2024 Designer Collection, 'LAMACUCINE' has expressed the beauty of Milan's iconic districts and architecture through kitchen furniture. 'Sempione,' the flagship line of this collection, was designed with inspiration from Sempione Park—one of Milan's most beloved areas—and the Arco della Pace triumphal arch. The 'Tortona' line weaves into its design the distinctive character of the Tortona district, where Giorgio Armani's exhibition space, new museums, and existing industrial buildings are being transformed in trendy ways. Furthermore, 'LAMACUCINE' is recognized as the first brand to apply the colors and textures of materials used in fashion to kitchen furniture, and it plans to showcase collaborations with various brands going forward. In the 2024 Collection, a limited edition of 20 pieces was released through a collaboration with renowned Italian illustrator Guido Scarabottolo.
In addition, 'LAMACUCINE' plans to release new products every year by dramatically improving on the problems commonly cited with existing imported Italian furniture, such as outdated designs and delivery periods that take more than six months. In the case of 'LAMACUCINE R,' delivery is possible within one month of ordering. A LAMACUCINE representative said, "LAMACUCINE is the first kitchen brand created by adopting Italian fashion, and it is expected to raise the standard of imported furniture in Korea to the next level."
Meanwhile, NEXIS DESIGN GROUP recently opened 'NEXIS EMPORIUM,' Korea's largest Italian luxury living multi-shop. Located in Seocho-dong, 'NEXIS EMPORIUM SEOUL' opened across a total of 12 floors as the largest imported furniture store in the country, providing professional care ranging from differentiated brands and products to installation expertise and after-sales service.
