DeepBuild Co., Ltd. (CEO Han Sang-guk) announced that it has launched 'Finterior,' an interior brokerage service platform developed using the company's own technology.
'Finterior' is a platform that provides interior brokerage services based on indoor space measurement using Lidar technology and AI-based user data analysis. It also features the ability to recommend interior design images to users such as self-employed business owners preparing to open stores across various industries, and to convey users' design requirements to interior contractors through AI analysis of that data.
According to DeepBuild, carrying out interior construction previously required meetings with numerous interior contractors, and obtaining measured floor plans meant either signing a construction contract with an interior contractor or paying to have them produced. In this process, it was not uncommon for measured floor plans produced by other contractors to be unavailable, or for plans to have to be produced again due to measurement information that was difficult to trust.
To address these issues, the 'Finterior' platform service was launched using the latest Lidar and AI technologies. The company explained that 'Finterior' collects data on indoor spaces through its Lidar-based measurement system and processes it into floor plans that can be provided to interior contractors, delivering them to users and thereby significantly reducing the time and cost of communicating with interior contractors.
A DeepBuild official said, "Our goal is to give users the opportunity to choose a design they are satisfied with, and to provide contractors with an environment that enables efficient communication through analysis of users' design requirements. Furthermore, we will strive to help users find the beautiful design they had only vaguely imagined—the design they had been looking for—through Finterior's AI recommendation service."
