BodyFriend has launched 'FAMILIE M', an interior massage sofa that blends harmoniously into any space.
'FAMILIE M' is a single-seat massage sofa that concentrates BodyFriend's proprietary technology so that it can massage broad areas of the body despite its compact size. As 'Familie' means family in German, the name carries the meaning that the whole family can use it both as a sofa and as a massage chair. In addition, 'FAMILIE M' has the look of contemporary furniture, making it perfectly suited for use as an interior object in the home without feeling out of place. Its greatest strength is a modern design that harmonizes with any interior. Furthermore, BodyFriend's 'FAMILIE M' features a powerful calf rolling massage, a tapping massage module and more, enabling full-body massage from the neck down to the calves. On top of that, drawing on the restful function expected of a sofa, it also incorporates a rubbing function in which the massage balls expand from the inside outward to knead the muscles. The new product is also reasonably priced. The standard monthly rental fee is 47,500 won (60-month contract), but by using the 600,000-won advance payment program and an affiliated card (based on 300,000 won in prior-month spending), 'FAMILIE M' can be installed for 19,500 won a month. A BodyFriend official said, "Demand for managing one's health through massage has been reflected in living-room sofa culture, drawing attention to massage sofas," adding, "We plan to sequentially release the FAMILIE series of massage sofas with a variety of designs and functions going forward."
