LG Electronics is launching the 'LG Whisen Objet Collection ARTCOOL,' an LCD picture-frame-style air conditioner. The 'LG Whisen Objet Collection ARTCOOL' is an interior air conditioner featuring a 27-inch LCD cover screen, and it comes with a wood-frame design as well as a pipe cover that conceals exposed piping.
Depending on personal taste, users can choose cover screens with a variety of themes such as picture frames, famous paintings, and meditation, and through the 'My Frame' menu in the LG ThinQ app, they can display up to 20 photos, switching them at intervals ranging from 10 seconds to 5 minutes. In addition, users can check related information such as the air conditioner's current status and energy monitoring, and by using the mirroring function of an Android OS smartphone, they can also enjoy videos from platforms like YouTube on the LCD screen.
The new product is equipped with a dual inverter compressor and offers step-by-step automatic clean-management features, including ▲Ultra-Fine Filter+ ▲heat exchanger cleaning ▲AI Drying ▲UV LED fan sterilization. In particular, the 'LG Whisen Objet Collection ARTCOOL' is part of the LG UP appliance lineup, so even after purchase, new features and images can be added through the UP Appliance Center in the LG ThinQ app. The new 'LG Whisen Objet Collection ARTCOOL' has a cooling area of 22.8㎡, and it is scheduled to be released during July as a 2-in-1 model together with the premium stand air conditioner Whisen Tower (18-pyeong type, beige).
